Earth, Tradition and Territory. Complex Agricultural Tourist "El Vínculo" Toca-Boyacá Part 1 Project 2005 Jenny Astrid Vargas SánchezRicardo Martínez Méndez National University of Colombia - Bogotá campus | Colombia The recognition of a territory and their geographical and cultural conditions are the base of this tourist project, associated with the economy and the local knowledge, manifesto architecturally in the intervention of a rural house. We study the municipality of Toca, identifying natural and built elements with tourist potential, finding a group of seven rural houses. We work one, " El Vínculo ", studying his architecture and condition of conservation.. The intervention allows lending of services to the tourism maintaining their productive agricultural work. We conserve to the maximum their originality. The added volumes use a new language worked with traditional materials. The project was developed in the deepening Conservation of patrimony, and it is part of the investigation physical Characteristics and of habitabilidad of the adobe constructions in the highland cundiboyacense". It stands out the process carried out in the levels macro and micro, by means of which the proposed objectives were completed. The environment was studied, identifying the areas for the intervention and the architectural proposal. It was developed low clear approaches of valuation of the construction and their lands, as well as the knowledge of their constructive systems framed by the traditional use of the raw earth.
