2149 Part 2 Project 2012 Xu XiaoyuWenqu HeYiru WangYundi He Chongqing University | China Urban planning based on a Political fable BackgroundOld cities planned and built under similar means of planning are increasingly similar. This similarity lies not only on drawing level, but on function system and business modes. Even the atmosphere is getting alike. The aboriginal population in the area has dropped to a very low proportion. Social relations are capitalized. We have reason to doubt that these places such as Tianzifang , Xitang, Lijiang, has been the victims of capital commercialization, just like advanced puppets with special symbols.PurposeWe are not totally opposed to this invasion -in fact, to some extent, this invasion balanced the division between rich and poor. We are more concerned with the new condition of the locals after the emigration and succession - where they live, what they are doing and how they live. Therefore we try to imagine a fable based on urban planning.MethodWe make tow assumptions. One is the ground part which is directed by the conventional ideas and the other is the underground part which we imagine it as a home of dystopia. We compared these two possibilities in our study.ConclusionThere is no absolute fair social system and no abiding city stability. Only when the upper and lower classes keep a balance and constrain with each other could the society be the closest to equity. Xu XiaoyuWenqu HeYiru WangYundi He Tutor(s) Haijing Huang Haoyan Wei
