The People-Governed Transformer Part 2 Project 2016 Sze Man Eunice Tsui Chinese University of Hong Kong | China “The People-Governed Transformer” is an adaptable public space strategy to reform and reactivate the Hong Kong cityscape, aiming to return the autonomy and authority of spatial usage to the disadvantaged public space lingerers, particularly the Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) in the city.
