Alma Mater Part 1 Project 2017 Joshua Page University of Bath | UK Alma Mater investigates the insular condition of the public boarding school, questioning whether isolation and formalisation of education is beneficial to youth development. It aims to reinstate the founding monastic principles of the English boarding school, to promote an open and accessible education. The school invokes a Liberal education, striving to bring people together from a plethora of cultures, ages and backgrounds, to share knowledge in a higher educational community.
