The Language Exchange Part 2 Project 2017 Constance Gregory University of the West of England | UK Southampton, like many UK cities, struggles with an increasingly diverse population. New economic migrants live in segregated neighbourhoods, divided by nationality. Disregarded medieval ruins at the Watergate Tower offer an opportunity to create a new cultural centre: common ground for this fractured population.
