Georgetown Design Cultivation Museum is a center to rectify social architecture for stimulation of creative talent in society by reclaiming public space with a centre of design in a museum form. This project is an architectural proposal for Penang Development Corporation to enhance the future functioning of public space development. It provides alternative guidelines of urbanization based on hybridization of creative programmes and public spaces.
