Rediscovering Liepaja’s Post-Military Edge Part 2 Project 2017 Mantas Gaigalas University of Portsmouth | UK Located along the coastline of a former military headquarters in Liepaja, the ambition of this project attempts to envisage the military relics as a future resource for new functions. The proposal includes a three new interventions comprising; an underground visitor route, sea bath and wind tower.
