The Labrary: Imagining a Future Library for Civic Innovation Part 2 Project 2017 Kin Kwan Kenji Lam Chinese University of Hong Kong | China The project argues that with the infobesity brought by the digital world that led to a trend of global closure of public libraries, instead of digitalized their resources, libraries should evolve from a passive repository to an active co-learning laboratory for creating and sharing new knowledge.
