Lens to an Old Austin: An Environmental Resource Center Part 2 Project 2018 David Sweere University of Arkansas | USA Set in the Seaholm District of downtown Austin, this old industrial site has a rich history of power production, manufacturing, and railyards, but is currently being gentrified into a series of placeless condominium towers. By peeling back the layers of the urban fabric, the beauty of this industrial past is revealed.
