Fumifugium: A Monument to Filth in the Streets of London Part 2 Project 2018 Daniel Wilson Aarhus School of Architecture | Denmark This project explores the dualities of dirty and clean, pure and immoral, public and private within the field of architecture. Making reference to a variety of time periods and fields, it strives to reframe grime at an urban, formal and tectonic scale through the poetic paradigm of Dante’s Purgatorio and, ultimately, the design of a small-scale dwelling demonstration in the heart of London.
