The tidal ebb is filtered through a landscape of reed beds that reconnects the public realm of the Rotherhithe peninsula to the river.The proposal embraces the River Thames and riparian infrastructure as a means ofpromoting the physical, psychological, environmental and social health of the City and its citizens.
