The project uses flatbread as a device to understand and describe the territory of Romerike, Norway, we have investigated how natural processes, politics and technology inform and alter the cultural landscape. Historically our tools influence how we work the land, with new tools, requires new speculations.

If technology demands less from us and the landscape, we are given the opportunity to re-imagine the spaces and processes of food production.
