No Arrival City Part 2 Project 2018 Seokyoung Ham Korea National University of Arts | South Korea This is about a try that reverses a perspective, to capture a city that we live but never could arrive. Its narrative is led by ‘Bamseom’ in the Han river which passes through Seoul. The cyclic distinction that modern cities possess is formed by relationships between ones who are solidified as objects and subjects. This approaches architecture not as plans of things to be built but as a narrative medium. Tutor(s) Tae Young Kim Kim
