Common City of Autonomous Vehicle Part 2 Project 2019 Jiyeong Kim Korea National University of Arts | South Korea Since cities are closely related to transportation, autonomous vehicles can change the relationship between people and the city. Autonomous driving reduces the number of cars and the parking area, creating surplus space. I want to connect and share these spaces while recovering the lost space surrounding the car. On the other hand, there are places where technology has advanced and previously lost meaning but lost place value. The place where you stay unintentionally, the paused time, and the space containing uncertain possibilities will disappear. I propose a new public space that reorganizes the station, lobby and surplus space represented by such transition space. Tutor(s) Tae Young Kim
