Dynamic Street Part 1 Project 2019 Daniel Morales Zuluaga Pontifical Bolivarian University | Colombia This neighbourhood is currently in the process of transformation, both in housing, from single-family houses to blocks or towers, and urban space as the city needs new connections. These transformations are product of the mobility system (metroplus) expansion with the streets and the future tram project (80th avenue). The neighbourhood has also good equipment: universities, schools, sports venues, health centers, shopping malls, parks. The housing project proposal group three types of apartments. Each apartment is configured with abc system, which is developed on the reference of versatile space.Taking advantage of the tropical climate in Medellín, the main floor is considered as an extension of urban activities. This creates an extra area for the community joy. The street is dynamic and supports the daily life. Upper levels can be used as more public intimate space. Owners can socialise with their neighbours: rest, share and enjoy the good weather conditions. Tutor(s) Carlos Eduardo Molina Londoño
