Metecú Part 1 Project 2020 Natalie Holt University of Bath | UK Metecú - The Anglo-Saxon word for a cow specifically intended for eating, or a meat cow.An urban scheme that evokes the public’s interest in food production through eating, education, art and retail whilst showcasing an approach to livestock agriculture that works in harmony with nature at a time when the beef industry is coming under increasing scrutiny. Metecú will be a new outpost of Hauser & Wirth gallery in the centre of Bristol.
