Nature is the most valuable source of inspiration, it was the driving force of design, therefore I started looking at nature's ecosystems in Egypt. Ecosystem crises in Egypt are in critical condition. Water, energy, and waste production being the most crucial. While exploring these natural crises, it was suitable to look for their solutions in nature itself, thus generating new optimized systems for regional and architectural problems.

At the regional scale, my vision was to create a chain of research centres located along the Nile river in Egypt, near major cities, where high population and waste production exist, this chain will be connected to another chain of water/energy reclaiming plants along the west coast. Creating a sustainable ecosystem of resources relocation.

At the architectural scale my vision will be represented in a multidisciplinary research centre so that researches don't stop at the theoretical phase, but continue until they produce prototypes for the targeted problems. The site is strategically selected in Cairo; the capital of Egypt, and is able to connect all Cairo districts and is close to other water research facilities, and the Nile river. Nature inspirations also continue to provide solutions in terms of architectural distribution, desertification problems.
