The combination of employment and urban attraction strategies, where, through analytical studies, conclusions were reached that the social fabric is the most important element of attraction within the region because it creates an atmosphere of familiarity and friendship, which in turn is reflected in the residents' relations with each other and with visitors. Taking advantage of the tangible and intangible heritage, along with heritage buildings that were preserved and revived. Then the crafts and handicrafts in the city were exploited to develop a tour that would attract visitors, which would be economically reflected in the region and contribute to its development. Due to the meandering of the roads between site and context, the solution relied on a two-dimensional corridor drawn on the street. As it moves to indicate the project, the corridor turns into three-dimensional shapes that enhance the surrounding functions, such as forming chairs, shading devices, and toys for children.

In order to design an ideal unified project in the middle of this urban area, A Concept of tangents became from the concept of dynamic curves that rotate all around the same circle (symbolising sun of knowledge) this circle is strength around which ellipses of cultural functions are formed.
