Experiential Learning Center for Early Childhood Development and Teacher Trainers Part 2 Project 2023 Hiranya H. Thiranagama Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) | Sri Lanka This project will consist of history, urban context, socio-cultural and economical context along with natural and built environment of the Malabe setting to pitch a proposal for urban development and spatial upliftment of the area.The study's thesis notion is related with to transform Malabe into an oasis in the midst of technological development that integrates nature, science, and human social landscape. As a result, the most appropriate age bracket to impart a notion to society as a habit was early infancy. A dynamic, iconic sort of experience-based learning center with educational facilities is being developed in an effort to inform, empower, and provide the Malabe community a sense of identity in the direction of its own social, cultural, and economic growth. As a summary the proposed project will cater to the children of Malabe and the closer proximity to develop their motor skills by experience learning.The building's orientation is done as a sustainable Design component to capture the sun as well as to less heat the interior of the building to provide greater thermal comfort to the user. The budling shape and orientation are all designed to capture the most amount of sunlight and to allow natural light to enter the structure, making it more energy efficient and sustainable.
