In this fast-paced contemporary world, stress have become too common among university students. Extensive research has highlighted severe stress is caused by a myriad of factors, ranging from academic and financial pressures to social and economic challenges.

Malabe is experiencing rapid development in the academic sector and is home to a large number of university students. Therefore, it is crucial to find solutions to assist the students in reaching a state of flourishing than being overwhelmed by stress.

The Creative Music Retreat offers a pioneering approach, harnessing the power of music to effectively reduce stress and aid students in achieving a flourishing state. The Retreat consists of two distinct units. Social Hub provides a space where students can come together to perform, enjoy, and appreciate music as a group and encourages a sense of belonging within the community.

On the other hand, the Restorative Hub is designed to offer respite for students seeking solitude and a slower pace amidst the fast-paced world. Featuring serene spaces such as healing gardens and tranquil aquatic music ponds, music library and consultations. The retreat empowers students to transcend the burden of stress and anxiety, ultimately elevating them to a state of flourishing.
