The Structure and Memory project interprets the existing conditions of an environment with cultural characteristics and historical memory as a compositional strategy of the object. Where masses are related between: the base, the body and the top to integrate the horizontality of an urban area with the verticality of a domestic area, together with the memory and recognition of the city in a single language. This approach seeks to integrate landmarks of place that contribute and connect historical inequalities, facilitating the encounter with emblematic buildings of the sector and the eastern hills. These elements act as a rescue engine between memory, which unite the form and the analogy of the void with the plaza. of bulls.

The structure combines free section spaces with permanence and views towards the streets, regularizing its occupation system with central dynamics, a task that addresses social responsibility and reinforces collective memory. The purpose of the project is to revitalize the public space, assuming the solidity of the body of the building, in the coordination of masses, between self- sufficient energy production and collection systems in the same place. These spaces include elevated streets, food plazas, craft areas, recreational activities and the link between the city and the countryside, through urban gardens distributed vertically open towards the city.

The dynamism and heterogeneity of typologies and resources propose a solution that tests solidarity among citizens, keeping the enjoyment of the city alive.
