The Model City Part 1 Project 2016 Paul Bisbrown Oxford Brookes University Oxford | UK The project ‘The Model City’ aims to tackle the issues facing construction and development, which have caused increased unease within Tower Hamlets, through making the previously unapproachable planning system, more palpable to the public. It will do so through a variety of methods, such as applying a 1:1 mock-up of a proposed planning application onto the existing building, providing a tangible approach to the planning system, that everyone can understand.
