Modules of Social and Cultural Integration Part 2 Project 2020 Sara Gómez Villa Pontifical Bolivarian University | Colombia When conducting a study of Avenida la Playa, it was found that many users young people with an artistic approach and older adults. This makes the project to consider a well-being social and cultural center taking into account their needs. Considering the last, modules were created, each with a terrace, focused on painting, gastronomy, galleries and music classrooms.The project also takes into account that “la playa” is an ecological axis, so it is decided to connect the building with a nearby park through an agro-ecological nucleus that brings native species to the sector, which allows a number of classrooms and of vegetation paths with these species.
