One of the most acute problems of Bucharest is the suffocating traffic which mainly occurs due to the constant transit of the city by its inhabitants, from their homes to the work places that are located downtown. But what if the daily shuttle problem was solved and we would have our own homes closer to the work place, through a process of densification of the city centre? Until recently, single-family dwellings were specific to this area (ground floor or one upper floor dwellings). But the times change, the city develops, and our goal is to combine the individual and the collective living in a harmonious way.

The aim of our project is to create a development made up of several types of housing for a wide range of inhabitants: collective housing and single-family housing. We propose a mix of commercial spaces on the street, underground parking, houses with a medium to high level of comfort, common spaces for tenants, terraces, private courtyards and a large community courtyard. The homes are designed to have an airy, harmonious, fragmented (specific to the city) character and to be equipped with natural ventilation and efficient lighting.
