Earth and Sky Part 1 Project 2017 Penny Fraser University of New South Wales | Australia In response to an existing cultural meeting place, the viewing of the sky and the inhabiting of the earth are used to organise the program for an Observatory, research facility and accommodation for Astronomers and Earth Scientists at Lightning Ridge.
