Architecture only matters, when it changes the way how people live and perceive the space, they are present in. In this busy world, it can only make a difference when there is a force in the space which pulls people towards it. I believe this force is the spark, which breathes life into the dank spaces of living architecture, existing around us.

The proposal is a series of interventions in a decentralized set of locations to invent a new typology for the region. It is about bringing out charged emotions in people to enlighten their minds. The intangible side responds by charging or generating emotions like joys, sorrows, liveliness, and energy, to which a user feels after entering the place. The emotional backdrop to spark creates interest in a way about how a space consoles the person.

Karama, the old neighborhood of Dubai, exhibits signs of repetitive behavior from the people living around here. People's daily routine is quite linear in terms of movement and transition through space in time. The action of spark on locally formed sub-centers can bring in the urban flux for the people of Karama.

The ongoing deception in everyday architecture gives a false sense of space to the people. The contrast between the old and the new form, punctured across the region can not only help user to perceive the building as 'my space' but also can help in developing a greater urban complex rather than master planning the city, implying an adaptive and progressive operation.
