From the Art Factory to the New City Part 1 Project 2016 Andrius Ribikauskas University of Westminster | UK The Utopian proposal for an Art Factory argued against the control that art institutions had over the artworks in their possessions. Issues of accessibility and affordability were addressed through mass production. This not only enables knowledge, but the skills required to make the art accessible to the public.
