Technological Innovation Laboratory Part 1 Project 2021 Renzo Zavaleta Lopez National University of Engineering | Peru One of the most important challenges in Peru and for some countries in the region is overcoming the obstacles of having access to information and communication technologies.In response, it is proposed to establish a decentralized and democratic system of spaces for technological innovation on a metropolitan scale, which can articulate actions from the public university towards the communities.The I-Lab is one of them. A collective laboratory for the development of strategies to bridge digital gaps. It is situated in a residual portion of a university campus that coexists with a human settlement and pre-Hispanic archaeological remains.
