Martial-Arts Theatre; Unified Performance Part 1 Project 2016 Viktor Gekker University College Cork | Ireland The project explores the themes of theatre, performance, martial arts and user experience. Martial artists rely solely on their body movements, voice and music to realize a performance, as do actors, and require a similar environment for their art. The idea of movement is expressed by cantilevered projected seating, raising partitions, folding screens, moveable platforms and sliding walls.
