Promenade C68 Part 1 Project 2024 Alejandro Uribe Gomez Pontifical Bolivarian University | Colombia This design is based on the idea of a plaza that is fragmented in height, extending the home to the common area to generate interaction between the inhabitants, the community. From the beginning, a way is sought to expand the useful area of the housing units in the building, so that both the owner and the community benefit. Sprinkling a variety of "private" activities from each housing unit to the outside of its enclosure, creating a greater possibility of interaction. The abstraction of the neighborhood let the project born, the relationship between the traditional homes of the place and the street is the meeting point between the inhabitants of the area. This is how this residential building has diffuse limits that invites its residents to share different activities and interests with each other, thus thinking about forming social bonds. Tutor(s)
