Civic Landscapes: Ohio River Passage Part 2 Project 2018 Athena Unroe Cooper Union, | USA The thesis conceives of a new network along a United States waterway called the Ohio River Passage (ORP). The proposal is a set of civic episodic interventions from the densest city, Louisville, Kentucky, to the ruined city, Cairo, Illinois. Imagining new structures composed of a kit of steel parts, the river sites would have multiple, ever-changing programs dictated by a community group, reconnecting passengers to the region.
