Arab city of culture and civilization Part 2 Project 2005 Ahmed Abdelrahman Wasfy Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport - Alexandria Campus | Egypt The building tends to demonstarate the cultural feature of various arab countries , begining from the daily routine activities , to the economical, historical, and political backgroung. consequently, the visitors of the exhibitions will be able to virtually exprience different arab cults. The building is located in biblioteca Alexandrina site, to integrate cultural faqcilities.The building is composed of two main volumes, a horizontal volume containing the cultural facilities , and a vertical tower containing exhibition spaces representing arab countires, and acting as a landmark. The progress of the project's design process was obviously accomplished.The final presentation of the project has showed the student's understanding and interpretation of course aim.
