A City Church Part 2 Project 2018 Annas Mojaddidi Kingston University Kingston | UK The project is a City Church proposed as a newfound monument set within the context of East London’s Commercial Road. Monumental in its form, yet intimate in its setting, the church is situated away from the busy street evoking a journey towards the sacred building.Through iterative and precedent work alternating between sketching and model making, the project developed a thesis based on how architecture can evoke a spiritual experience.
