Today it’s under threat of a global crisis: Garbage. The architectural project is conceived as a Resource Centre, that encompasses and merges the aspects of studying, processing, transforming and up-cycling solid waste, whilst assimilating the public through a journey of awareness; altering their perception of solid waste.
