The Goldsmiths Guild Part 1 Project 2017 Tatiana Muringani University of Plymouth | UK The aim of the group masterplan was to activate disused courtyard spaces within Plymouth City. This will be achieved by puncturing what is particularly an impermeable block to encourage access for different users at the same time maintaining the intimacy of the courtyards. The Goldsmiths Guild along with other propositions become venues for activities that can enrich peoples’ everyday lives, providing therapy, interaction and entrepreneurial opportunity.
