E-topia: In Search of Next Nature Architecture Part 2 Project 2018 Alexandra-Adelina Lacatusu Oxford Brookes University Oxford | UK E-topia starts from the premises that our generation’s challenge for the 21st century is to make nature, technology and architecture indistinguishable from one another. By taking inspiration from the organic world’s evolutionary cycles at different scales and the relationships that organisms form within their particular environmental niches, the project proposes the creation of environmentally and biologically attuned inhabitable infrastructures that can self-support and replicate through consuming plastic waste.
