Natural Urban Park, La Boca Beach, Concon Part 2 Project 2022 Andrea Valentina Navarrete University of Valparaiso Valparaiso | Chile This project is born from a previous historical and natural study, to understand the area, before making the design prior to the needs.Within the historical study we realize the importance of the scenic road for the development and the population of Concon, since currently the roads articulate the commune converge at the same point; The mouth of the Aconcagua River, we also realize the natural importance of the wetland, mouth and beach mouth, which has not been valued enough, building excessively and with types of programs that are not suitable for the area.A reorganisation of La Boca beach is proposed, removing certain enclosures and relocating them to other areas of Concon, and leaving programmes that are more appropriate for the site.The area is articulated through three volumes, one reorganizing the restaurant program located in orientation of the coastal edge, another that is configured for recreational workshops, articulating the main entrance and finally a volume with a program of quiet character, located in orientation of the Aconcagua River and facing the wetland, this type of program is proposed so as not to interfere abruptly with the bird residence area.
