Amongst the Pines Part 2 Project 2017 Luke Carnaby University of the West of England | UK Based on the work of industrial designer Shubhendu Sharma, Amongst the Pines is a project supporting the afforestation and reconditioning of disused clay pits in the ceremonial county of Cornwall. Desuetude sites throughout the county will be transformed into small national parks allowing the propagation of tree species for research whilst acting as carbon sinks, in line with the green agenda of the county.
