Neoliberalism with Chinese Characters Part 2 Project 2018 Geraldine Wong Oxford Brookes University Oxford | UK This proposal responds to the rise of property sales in London to overseas investors. It examines the relationship between globalisation, economicgrowth and social mobility. By focusing on the Chinese community in the city, it proposes a positive design solution of two towers – one for work, one to live-in – that offers a balanced lifestyle.
