Moscow_intervals Part 2 Project 2016 Alina Nazmeeva Moscow Architectural Institute | Russia Economic crises demand reconsideration of neglected resources in the city. A survey of Moscow quantifies such abandoned buildings and wastelands and reveals their hidden potential. The project is inserted in a core district revealed to have the highest concentration of these voids.
