It’s a space where in 2030, a centre for beings to birth the new architecture that respects the nature within, while it lives as its own.In 2030, depicted a world without leaders nor government, no corruption but rather a “higher being” that will take care of the humankind. An artificial being with divine reasons in taking care of the human race in health, therapy and recreation.We are faced by an unexpected global crisis, for which we came unprepared.A deadly existence that we are not capable of; A disease. Covid-19 will leave a mark for all Nations to prepare themselves for the better or worst. However, Malaysia being significantly praised by other countries in handling the pandemic will give an opportunity for the country to be one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and medical research centre beyond a growing government and NGO services centre.The Encephalon is a being that respects the environment with its own language while protecting the earth.
