The Biocyclarium responds to a lack of understanding and connection to the natural world that has lead to the deterioration and destruction of the planet. Unifying disconnected disciplines, by linking research with green infrastructure, creating an observable terrestrial network.

Morpeth a Northumberland town situates the hub of innovation abandoning current practices of harmful production of food, energy and consumer goods. This act is part of a greater philosophy that learns from our dysfunctional present, aims for a transformative future that in time will outlive the authoritative control of landscapes.

It functions by collating data produced by monitoring and processing networks, linking
inhabitants and industries to the processing of the natural world, acting as a giant cell like structure metabolising human needs to decrease the rate of adverse entropic forces.

To arrive at the notion of unification, abstract painting dismantles the perceived structure of the reality, challenging concepts of beauty and order to re-imagine these anew. Knowledge of artistic, scientific and political theory, have informed embodied marks and gestures that reflect feeling and thought of a new landscape. The marks are defined as information that is passed, left in the physical to be absorbed by the viewer; immersed in.
