The Cultural Innovation Centre for Construction: Revitalising Craftsmanship in Architecture Part 2 Project 2017 Andrew Morris University of Plymouth | UK This project interrogated the role craft can play through initiating a dialogue between traditional and contemporary construction. The Cultural Innovation Centre for Construction would foster an engagement with craft, supporting a re-examination of vernacular typologies, and an exploration of how they might re-invigorate contemporary Asian technology to enable a more aesthetically, economically and socially progressive architecture. Key to this project’s advancement was a testing of material assembly. Tutor(s)Mr Robert Brown
