Kinta Valley Interpretive Museum at Tanjung Tualang, Batu Gajah Part 2 Project 2018 Jiun Yan Sim University of Malaya | Malaysia Kinta Valley has been losing its historical tin mining heritage due to pressures for development and lack of demand for tin. Tanjung Tualang close to Ipoh where there still exist a tin dredge on an ex-mining lake is an ideal location for educating the public on the history and collective memory of the Kinta Valley.
