The building is adjusted to the sloped terrain by various internal and external changes in levels and large terraces.The complex provides multipurpose facilities as follows:-reception-sports area-food courts-service area -therapeutical area-residential areaThe project provides full accessability of the building for disabled and paraplegic persons by suitable ramps and walkways throughout the whole site.Creation of harmony between architecture and nature is the main feature in the design of this project Petya DemirevaAnatoli HristovCoree Bridgen The students aproached to the project taking into consideration the specific requirements of such kind of facilities. The buildings are very well situated on the steep slope plot. The basic principal followed in the design of this project is the maximum prolongation of all vertical and horizontal connections both inside and outside the buildings in such a way that the location of the various facilities is very well balanced on the terrain.
