Changing Academic Environments Part 2 Dissertation 2016 Mariia Pashenko RIBA Studio | UK The dissertation provides a framework for reimagining academic environments in response to current changes affecting university architecture. Looking back at the past and comparing generic types with precedents, allowed me to identify the potential for transformation of academic clusters. The future University is an integrated part of the city, an open platform for collaborative learning and networking with industries, where spaces for communication and interaction anchor activities for all generations.
