Part 2 Dissertation 2017 Katie Godding Royal College of Art | UK ‘Capital Gains’ radically questions the science of placemaking and the direct effects it has upon the quality and delivery of new housing in London. With research into planning, building and selling property, this dissertation re-examines commonly held beliefs concerning our financial reliance upon housing and the potential consequences.
