Cocoon 313: Human Development at its Own Pace Part 1 Project 2022 Diego Alejandro Hernandez Hernandez University of La Salle Bogotá | Colombia The project “Cocoon 313” comes up as an alternative for social housing which not only solves the housing matter, but focuses on creating life quality for people.This means, firstly providing a safe shelter with all the basic requirements allowing families to improve their homes according to their economic possibilities and at their own pace and secondly equipping their environment with communal, productive and public spaces, fundamental to fulfill physiological and safety needs in order to give people a base so that they are able to seek for other means and elements to fulfill psychological and self-fulfillment needs.
