Readjustment Part 1 Project 2021 Gordian Graf Strachwitz University of Liechtenstein | Liechtenstein Urban densification should not only focus on the city's outskirts; the centers must be intensified in equal measure. In this design, the densification of a central quarter in Zurich is addressed. In addition to the overarching theme of densification, the project explores the building materials of wood and sand-lime bricks. The environment of the defined building gap gives many contexts to the design, which are included in the high-rise building development. We strive to understand the neighborhood to develop an appropriate mix of uses to fit into the existing.
