The biotic, the living, the migratory birds, the pollinators, and the trees as pre-existences of the context lead to the creation of an enclosure in which they are preserved and appreciated, as a microclimate in the town, or a visual experience provided by architecture. on the mountain as a viewpoint. These ideas, complemented by the program for the reception of migratory birds from the north, south and endemics in a place of passage in the middle of the town, which would begin to blend in with the ecological network, are constituted as the anthropology of nature.

Interior spaces would be used for research and the preservation of endangered species, formalized as a study center or laboratory. A place of passage and refreshment for athletes who arrive at the place in the form of an information point or cafeteria and a space for farmers or entrepreneurs from Tames to expose their products in an open space, soaked in greenery and with a view of the mountains, complemented by a new centrality for ornithological tourism, which in recent years has had a rise in Colombia for being the country with the greatest diversity of birds in the world.
